M&G Burgers

Brand Design, Logotype, Strategy, Color Palette

Working with M&G Burgers, a family-owned burger restaurant with two locations in Marin County, California I developed this updated approach to a locally beloved small business. The goal of the project was to modernize and refresh the restaraunts branding while maintaining the retro feel that is an essential part of the establishment’s local flavor. While M&G has the typical menu associated with a burger shack – burgers, shakes, fries, malts, etc. – it has remained competitive by leaning into offering all organic produce, meat, and dairy. I leaned on this differentiator when developing the updated look and feel by putting an emphasis on fresh and healthy ingredients. The end result was a playful updated logo, retro-yet-fresh color palette, and updated type choices for its online presence and printed collatoral.
